A farmer-connected agribusiness built for circular growth.
Mujumdar Agro Industries Private Limited is building a practical agriculture platform rooted in Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur. Our work connects farmers, produce markets, Napier grass cultivation, clean fuel and organic soil return into one long-term agro-economy model.
From agricultural value to renewable energy and back to the soil.
MAIAGRO was created to support farmers and agricultural stakeholders with a stronger, more dependable model. Instead of treating agriculture as a single harvest transaction, we look at the full journey — what is grown, how it is procured, how biomass is used, and how value can return to the farmer and the land.
The company is focused on the farming strengths of Western Maharashtra, especially the opportunity to link Napier grass and organic biomass with Bio-CNG production. Through this model, farm output supports clean fuel, and the by-product can support soil health as organic fertiliser.
Our approach is practical and field-led. We work with farmers, farmer groups, produce buyers, clean-energy stakeholders and local partners to build relationships that are transparent, commercially viable and sustainable over multiple seasons.

Farmers need better certainty. India needs cleaner energy. Soil needs better care.
Many growers face fluctuating market prices, rising input costs, crop planning uncertainty and limited access to structured buyers. At the same time, agricultural biomass is often underused, sold at low value or wasted.
MAIAGRO addresses this gap by building farmer-linked supply systems for produce and biomass. The same ecosystem that produces crops can also support renewable energy through Bio-CNG and return organic value back to fields.
This creates a stronger value chain: farmers can plan better, buyers can access reliable supply, energy partners can source biomass, and the land receives nutrient-supporting organic by-products.
Farmer-first partnerships
We believe long-term relationships are more valuable than one-time procurement. Our model focuses on communication, crop planning, practical advisory and transparent commercial terms.
Sustainable resource use
Biomass, Napier grass and organic feedstock are treated as useful resources that can produce clean fuel and organic value instead of becoming waste.
Local execution
The model is designed for real farm conditions in Western Maharashtra, with attention to land size, water availability, crop cycles, transport and market needs.
Every project is evaluated from field reality to commercial outcome.
Understand the land
We begin with soil, water, access, current crops, farmer expectations and the practical limits of the field.
Plan the crop or supply
We define the purpose: produce trading, Napier biomass, fodder, advisory, procurement or Bio-CNG feedstock.
Execute with farmers
We coordinate cultivation support, harvesting, sorting, aggregation, buyback and logistics based on the agreement.
Review and improve
Each crop cycle teaches us about quality, yield, timing and economics, helping improve the next cycle.

We do not separate trade, energy and advisory.
In many businesses, produce trading, crop consulting and renewable energy are handled separately. MAIAGRO brings them together because the farmer’s field is the common starting point.
A farmer who grows Napier may need cultivation advice, buyback clarity, harvesting coordination and understanding of how the biomass will be used. A produce buyer needs reliable quality and supply. A Bio-CNG project needs dependable feedstock. Our integrated approach connects these needs.
This is why our work is not only about selling a product or buying a crop. It is about creating a repeatable, trusted rural value chain.
Clear, practical and farmer-respectful.
We aim for transparent discussions, clear expectations and dependable commitments.
Solutions must work on real farms, not only in presentations.
Every crop and biomass decision should reduce waste and create long-term value.
We grow when farmers, partners and the local ecosystem grow with us.
Built in Gadhinglaj. Growing with Maharashtra.
We welcome farmers, produce buyers, energy stakeholders and institutions who want to participate in a more circular, farmer-linked agricultural economy.
